ChartPower® Electronic Medical Record
ChartPower® is the choice for today’s busy physician. This mature software product brings diverse yet thorough methods for creation and editing of the patient’s electronic medical record. At the core of ChartPower® lies a data set that is specifically designed with the doctor workflow in mind. The cardiology specific forms are backed up by in-depth history, complaint, and examination forms that can handle a wide array of diagnosis and treatment situations.

To capture specific, unpredictable information about patient encounters, ChartPower® includes the ScribeMate® feature that allows dictated information to be input in discrete locations throughout the input of the narrative data. Voice recognition and direct keyboard input are also available.
Cardiology Data Set
Ready To Use: One of the strengths of the ChartPower® suite of products lies in the fact that the system is installed with thousands of prebuilt forms, ready to use out of the box. Many competitive systems require hours and even days of "training" in order for the system to be usable by the doctor. That’s not the case with ChartPower®.
Homebase: Entry of the patient’s chart note starts with the Homebase form. Every portion of the patient’s chart may be reviewed from options on this form.
Nurse Entry / Established Patient: Dealing with the information for a New or Established patient is easily accomplished from the main Homebase. The "Nurse Entry" option will present all necessary forms to the nurse for entry of Constitutional, PFSH, and Medication information. The same type of information will be processed for an Established Patient with the ability to review and comment on the most recent plans and assessments prior to standard entry.
Procedures: Diagnostic and Treatment Procedures with accompanying Referral reports are made easy with the Cardiology Specific procedure forms and reports. Entry forms for the most widely used diagnostic tests and procedures are already in place and ready for use with the data set. These forms and reports include Carotid Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, Electrocardiogram, Electrophysiology Study, Exercise Stress Test, Holter Monitor, Invasive Procedures (i.e. Catheterizations), Leg Arterial Study, Leg Venous Study, Nuclear Medicine, Pacemaker Implantation, Renal Artery Ultrasound, Stress Test, and Tilt Table Test.
