ChartPower® Electronic Medical Record
ChartPower® is the choice for today’s busy chiropractor. This mature software product brings diverse yet thorough methods for creation and editing of the patient’s electronic medical record. At the core of ChartPower® lies a data set that is specifically designed for chiropractors. The chiropractic specific forms are backed up by in-depth history, complaint, and examination forms that can handle a wide array of diagnosis and treatment situations.

To capture specific, unpredictable information about patient encounters, ChartPower® includes the ScribeMate® feature that allows dictated information to be input in discrete locations throughout the input of the narrative data. Voice recognition and direct keyboard input are also available.
ChiroX4® Data Set
Ready To Use: One of the strengths of the ChartPower® suite of products lies in the fact that the system is installed with thousands of prebuilt forms, ready to use out of the box. Many competitive systems require hours and even days of “training” in order for the system to be usable by the doctor. That’s not the case with ChartPower®.
Homebase: Entry of the patient’s chart note starts with the Homebase form. Every portion of the patient’s chart may be reviewed from options on this form.
History and Physical: When the patient encounter calls for a complete History and Physical, this option will present with a full list of chief complaints, history of present illness, review of system, and examination forms.
Treatment: Of course, there are distinct treatment forms for day to day creation of S.O.A.P. notes. Several different formats are available so that the adjustment and physical modalities may be recorded based on the type of procedures used in the clinic.
Previous Encounters: One of the fastest and most efficient methods of posting daily notes utilizes the Previous Encounter Review function. All pertinent notes from the previous encounter are rolled forward into today’s encounter. While reviewing the previous notes, changes and additions may be made to match the present encounter. This functionality gives you both the speed and flexibility needed in a busy practice; yet, the notes will be complete and customized for each patient.
