Narrative Reports

Of course, no EMR system would be complete without a wide range of narrative report options, and that’s exactly what you get with ChartPower®.

The system is replete with available reports, but that’s not all, each of the reports can be redesigned by the user via standard templates. Any discrete data that is captured during EMR posting as well as all demographic data may be printed on the reports.

Print, Display, or Fax

PracticeStudio also provides a fax server that is available for any print output. That means that you can view a report and then have it faxed to the insurance carrier or the referring doctor.

Consult Letters

Also, any number of consult and referral letters are available for printing, ad hoc. From the patient’s first initial report, until the final consult letter, the results are just a touch away.

Imbedded Graphics

The patient’s photograph or any of the graphics (i.e. markup forms) captured in the EMR can be imbedded in the body of the report.
