To capture specific, unpredictable information about patient encounters, ChartPower® includes the ScribeMate® feature that allows dictated information to be input in discrete locations throughout the input of the narrative data. Voice recognition and direct keyboard input are also available.
Medical Data Set
Ready To Use: One of the strengths of the ChartPower® suite of products lies in the fact that the system is installed with thousands of prebuilt forms, ready to use out of the box. Many competitive systems require hours and even days of “training” in order for the system to be usable by the doctor. That’s not the case with ChartPower®.
HomeBase: Entry of the patient’s chart note starts with the Homebase form. Every portion of the patient’s chart may be reviewed from options on this form.
Body Systems: When the patient encounter calls for a complete History and Physical, this option will present with a full list of chief complaints, history of present illness, review of system, and examination forms, selectable by body system.
Work Flows: When treating specific problems, the medical data set has a plethora of predesigned work flows that logically present input forms to speed input while providing a completeness in the narrative record.
