Datamate
Datamate is a comprehensive mail/merge reporting tool that links the patient databases to Microsoft Access. This link provides many pre-built letters and labels for use in communication to the patients, the staff, referring doctors, and other outside sources.
Document Sources
When printing letters via Datamate, Microsoft Word documents are used during the mail merge process. These formats may be changed or adjusted based on the needs of the clinic.
