Statements

Statements may be printed for individual patients or grouped by head of household. The form uses Microsoft Word templates for document production; thus, format changes may be easily made. Multiple formats may be tailored for use with specialized patient groups. Each transaction is linked to unique statements at print time. This feature permits a “view” of the statement at any point in time, helping to eliminate copies and files of the statement originals.

Superbills

Superbills may be printed on demand. Like statements, superbills are designed with templates allowing for multiple designs. No pre-printed forms are required. Individual patients or patient ranges are available in the print selection criteria.

Date range printing is also selectable at print time, allowing for a bill to be printed for today’s activity or any historical range.
