PracticeStudio X11's Practice Statistics feature provides five standard statistical reports, several of which can present information in graphical form. These reports help with analyzing the financial performance of your clinic.

Attorney Analysis

This report prints accumulated monthly totals by transaction type, attorney, and treating doctor. Summaries are provided for each attorney-doctor combination, for each doctor, and for the clinic as a whole.

Average Analysis

This report accumulates transactions by treating doctor. Usage, amount, and average amount are calculated for each line item, and a recap is given by transaction type, by treating doctor, and for the entire clinic.

Patient Referral Log

The Patient Referral Log shows the count and percentage of referral sources within a specified date range, grouping the sources by month and by doctor of record. The results can then be either printed or displayed in a graph.

Practice Statistics

This report provides statistical information about distinct charges, payments, types of payments, and visits within the clinic for specific periods of time. Additionally, graphs can be produced that show visual representations of distinct data elements, providing a fast and effective way to view provider- and clinic-level breakdowns

Statistical Recap Report

The Statistical Recap Report provides the ability to separate transaction data into three customizable periods. The output of the report is a recap of the specified periods and is broken down by transaction type. This report provides a great way of analyzing overall production within specified time periods (e.g. the past month, the past quarter, the past year) either by provider or by clinic.
